Formanka Lounge with an Open Fireplace

This is the very place where coachmen once sought hospitality as they traveled through the Vyšší Brod pass with their horse-drawn carriages.

Today, you can step into the Formanka Lounge yourself, featuring a fully stocked bar and a unique fireplace built from Vltava River pebbles.
Take a seat under the hand-forged iron lamps, look through historic photographs of the town over a cup of hot ginger tea, and let your soul be warmed by the flickering flames. Stop by to recharge with great food and drink before you head out on your next journey!

The Herb Lounge

True Šumava comfort

The walls of this lounge are adorned with a hand-painted botanical herbarium. We even use some of these fresh herbs in our dishes and drinks to enhance both flavor and wellbeing. Whether you join us for a private, delicious lunch or host an intimate celebratory gathering here, the Herb Lounge always offers a wonderfully relaxing and authentic Šumava atmosphere.

The Salon with Buffet Room & Terrace

Located on the first floor of the main building, this salon forms an independent section with its own facilities, making it the ideal choice for completely private gatherings. We can easily arrange the seating configuration to suit your event—whether you prefer a beautifully set banquet table or rows of desks for a corporate training session. The salon opens directly into a dedicated buffet room; simply open the doors and invite your guests to a lavish spread. From the same floor, you can also step out onto the south-facing terrace to enjoy the sunshine or the starry night sky.

The Grand Hall with Garden Access

This social hall is the perfect venue for larger events, including galas, concerts, celebrations, weddings, and conferences. Seating capacities can be fully customized depending on your preferred table layout.

From the hall, you can step directly out under the canopy of lime trees in the hotel garden. This seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces adds a vibrant, versatile, and highly attractive atmosphere to any event.
